I am delighted to welcome you to VicFitPro! This is a freelance enterprise which aims to help people meet their fitness goals. Whether you feel comfortable in a gym venue, at your local park or in your own living room, there is always a nice and fun way to workout. We guarantee you will get the best out of the hour you have reserved for your training. We strongly believe that a personalised 1 on 1 program is the best way to progress quickly. However, if you are looking for some fun whilst training, nothing is better than a park group training session. We offer all different kinds of training so that you can find what's best for you. We can't wait to hear from you and start our fitness adventure together!

I began my fitness journey as a swimmer when I was a child. Since then, I have never stopped moving. Along the way I have explored many sports such as water polo, baseball, freediving, scuba diving, tennis, triathlon, among others. Now I am excited to introduce myself as a Personal Trainer with a great passion for fitness and a commitment to helping others. I specialize in creating a personalized program that suits your needs and goals. At the same time, I can offer nutrition advice for optimal results. My training style focuses on developing full body strength and mobility, which you need for daily life, but if you are pursuing more advanced goals, advanced training systems can also be offered. Your body is the temple of your mind. This is the philosophy I am encouraging you to practice. My commitment with you is absolute - Let's get fit together!

Services
On-line Coaching
If you are restricted by time, no worries, we've got your back. We will guide you online in your weekly training. You do not need much equipment to get the best out of your training sessions. Often, all you need is a mat, resistance bands and your own body weight. (30£/hr)
1 on 1 Sessions
We strongly encourage clients to work 1 on 1 with a trainer. This is the most effective way to see progress and where the PT can support you the most. As with online, this is a personalized program with the trainer standing alongside you through journey. These type of sessions are delivered either in a gym (70£/hr) or outdoors in a local park (35£/hr).
Group Sessions
This is a fun way to workout and socialise at the same time. Here we deliver full body workout sessions for a group of no more than 6 people. These sessions commonly take place at Clissold Park in Stoke Newington although, depending on the group's prefernce we can be flexible on location. Alternatively, you can arrange a group session with your friends (minimum 2 people) at a time and place that would be more suitable for you. (20£/hr/pp)
Fitness Experiences
If it's the case that you don't enjoy traditional workouts then no worries, you can still enhance your fitness by keeping moving. Luckily, your local PT is exremely active and constantly doing activities like playing tennis, cycling through the parks and forests of the city, playing volleyball - to name a few. These are also effective ways to get fit and use energy whilst having fun. If this is your preference over a traditional workout, simply get in touch with us and we can plan your Fitness Experience! (30£/hr)
